The game ID is displayed in PPSSPP window title while the game is running. If this file doesn't exists it means the cheats haven't been enabled for the game yet. So, in PPSSPP navigate in the menu to Game Settings - Enable Cheats or CTRL+T. This should spawn the missing file. Edit that file by entering the cwcheat code for your address.

For anyone who wants to use this, simply replace 0x4017B426 with 0x40000000 from the original post and activate the cheat.
Hey, I got this worked pretty nicely the other day, we use Hamachi stickied guide, with my friend is the host and I invade/join. But the next day we used the same setting but I stuck at the Multiplayer menu when the screen shows "Waiting for response from host.
Once you have loaded the cheat.db file, open up a PSP game on your device, then press L2 (ArkOS) or R3 (351ELEC) to bring up the menu. Go to Settings > System > Enable Cheats > ON, then back out to the main PPSSPP menu. You should now see a “Cheats” option. Select that option, then “Import from cheat.db”.
